Your shopping cart is where you place items you want to purchase. As with shopping in a grocery store, you can always remove an item if you change your mind. Our virtual shopping cart even takes it a step further. You can leave the store at any time with items still in your cart; when you come back your cart will be waiting for you with all items still in place.
VIEWING YOUR SHOPPING CART
You can view your shopping cart at any time by looking on the right of the screen, above the Search box.
PLACING AN ITEM IN YOUR CART
Placing an item in your cart is as simple as a click of the mouse. Once you have filled in your product requirements just click on the ‘Add to chart’ button on the right side of the product description page. You’ll be taken immediately to the shopping cart.
Our shopping cart provides you with information about the item or items that you wish to purchase. It also lets you make some changes to your order specifications. If you want to make changes to any of your items such as quantity, just change the quantity and click Update.
REMOVING AN ITEM FROM YOUR CART
If you want to remove an item from your cart, simply click on Remove to the right of the item in the Basket view. This will remove the item from your cart.
TO CONTINUE SHOPPING FROM YOUR CART
If you’re not ready to checkout, you can continue shopping by clicking on the Back to Shop button. For your convenience, your items will remain in your cart until you remove them or make your purchase. If you’re ready to finalise your purchase, click on the Checkout button on the right of the screen below your shopping basket to be taken to the checkout area.
The checkout process takes place in four quick steps: Enter Account Information, Delivery Address, Payment and Send Order.
ENTER MEDICAL HISTORY
If you are purchasing pharmacy-only medication which requires a pharmacist to check over the order, you will be asked for the medical history of the person for whom the medication is for. This is important as it allows our pharmacists to check the appropriateness of the medication. If you are ordering for more than one person, please create the orders as two separate orders.
CHECK DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT
In the Delivery area you can have the possibility of changing the delivery address you normally use. If you do not need to change the address, simply click Deliver to this address.
ENTER PAYMENT INFORMATION AND CONFIRM ORDER
Next you will see a confirmation screen which shows your order, your billing address and delivery address. Simply check you are happy with everything and select a payment option. For your convenience you can pay by Paypal .
You can also pay over the phone if you feel uneasy about providing your credit card online. Once you have made your selection you will be asked to choose from the available payment methods. After you have entered your payment details you will be provided with a confirmation order number. This will also be emailed to you as confirmation that your request to order was received.Once your items are ready to be sent out you will receive an email to confirm your package has been dispatched with the order tracking number.

When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 3pm (weekdays) will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Our delivery option comes with a tracking number, so you can always keep track of your parcel. All orders placed over the weekend will be packed and dispatched on Monday morning.
What will my parcel look like?
To ensure your discretion, your order will arrive in plain tamper-proof packaging with its contents concealed so that there is no indication of what is inside the parcel.
Where do we deliver to?
We deliver to over 50 nations worldwide. Worldwide deliveries will usually take around 2-10 working days to arrive.
Can I track my order?
Being able to track your order provides you with peace of mind and helps you to know when your order is on its way. When your order is ready to be dispatched we will send you an email and include your parcel tracking number so you can see its progress at any time.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, what shall I do?
If your order has not arrived on the date that it was supposed to then you can use your tracking number to find out where it is. Your local post office may have already tried to deliver your order. You can also contact us and our customer service team will do all that they can to resolve any issue with your delivery.
Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?
Yes, you can arrange for your order to be delivered to the address that is the most convenient for you. You can arrange for your order to be delivered to your work address or to a friend’s house if you are unable to receive your order at home. Remember, because we only package your order in plain packaging with all the contents concealed, nobody needs to know what you have ordered.
